Rental and Service Fees are as follows:

For your Ceremony:

$200.00 for the large Sanctuary
seating up to 300
$100.00 for the small chapel seating up to 25

Both rooms include use of brass candelabras which hold 7 candle tapers each and a white unity candle stand. The couple will have to provide the 14 drip-less candles in a color of their choice as well as the Unity Candle. Communion for the couple is available upon request.

There are dressing rooms available for the couple and attendants to prepare for the special event.

Sound and lighting for your ceremony:

If you are playing a CD, requiring microphones for soloists, or wishing to record the ceremony you will need to use our sound and lighting team. There is a $25.00 charge per event.

Example: $25.00 for rehearsal night, and $25.00 for the wedding/Holy Union.

 

Rehearsals:

If you need a rehearsal for your event there is an additional $25.00 fee for the use of the building.

 

For your Reception:

$200.00 for the reception hall which includes the use of up to 20 rectangle tables each seating 8 persons max. Up to 150 chairs, use of the kitchen facilities, coffee maker for up to 60 cups.

There are no linens or table cloths provided.

You can dine and dance with your guests and share a toast of wine or champagne. No hard liquor or beer may be served on the premises. No cash bar.

 

Janitorial Fees:

There is a Janitorial charge of $75.00 when using the sanctuary and or the social hall.

 

For Your Ceremony- the Minister’s Fees:

$150.00 includes your planning meetings, services on the day of your event.

$25.00 if the minister is required to be at the rehearsal other than the day of the event.

Travel costs are negotiated, but traditionally if the event is not held at the church there is a minimum additional $25.00 travel fee.

 

The Holy Union Certificate

A certificate of your Holy Union will be presented for you to keep. It is to be signed by the couple and your key attendants. A copy of this will remain on file at the church. Although it is not legal in the State of Georgia, The Metropolitan Community Churches world wide recognizes your commitment and treats it with the same respect as a heterosexual wedding ceremony.

Non Refundable Deposits are needed to hold your Date:

$25.00 of the total ministers’ fees is required to hold the date and this deposit is not refundable if the date is changed.

$25.00 of the total building use fees is required as a non-refundable deposit to hold the building for your special event

All fees must be paid in cash or cashiers check 2 weeks prior to the event.
