May 10th - Mother's Day
Recognizing all of our Mothers
Sunday May 10, we will be recognizing all of the mothers in our world. We will be honoring the mothers in the Sunday service with a special gift and a prayer of blessing. All mothers are invited and we encourage you to bring your mother with you to church.
If your mother is no longer with us in body but in spirit, please let us know we would like to honor all those mothers who have transitioned. Please stop by the Welcome Center and give us her name. Thank you.

Graduates to be Honored May 10th
All graduates will be honored during worship and with a reception following the 11 o'clock service on Mother's Day, May 10th. If you have a child graduating and moving into kindergarten or elementary school or middle school or high school or college or graduate school, please send the names of the schools they are graduating from and moving into, and/or the degrees they are receiving to Andrea at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can include their information in the bulletin that Sunday.
City of Light Women’s Softball
Fridays are Miracle Nights
Come cheer on our women's softball team, the Miracles, Friday evenings this spring! Games last one hour and you’re also invited to join the team for dinner. All games are played at Kelley C. Youth Art Show coming May 24th
The children and youth ministry will be having an art show displaying our young people's wonderful works of art on Sunday, May 24th. Their art will be available for viewing before worship and after the church service.
VBS is Coming in June!
Our VBS program for ages 5-15 will meet each of the four Saturdays in June from 9:30-noon. Stay tuned for more details! It’s a great summer event for kids featuring activities, crafts, lessons and lots fun.
